Our law office located in Liptovský Mikuláš was established on the basis of the cooperation of several lawyers with the aim of providing effective and professional legal assistance. The office is the result of several years of professional cooperation between Mgr. Samuel Dorociak and JUDr. Peter Janči. It is an ideal platform for the realization of common visions and goals in the field of law.

Mgr. Samuel Dorociak
Mgr. Samuel Dorociak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava, where he successfully completed his education in 2010. During his university studies, he gained valuable experience in the field of law and business in various law firms and companies.
From 2010, he continued to gain professional experience as a law clerk in the law office of JUDr. Petr Janči, which later grew into JANČI & Partners s.r.o. Mgr. Dorociak still works closely with this office.
As part of his work, Mgr. Samuel Dorociak focuses on the field of business law with an emphasis on various business transactions, including international contracts. In addition, he has excellent experience in real estate law, civil law and criminal law.
Mgr. Samuel Dorociak is registered in the list of lawyers and speaks English.
JUDr. Eva Dorociaková
JUDr. Eva Dorociaková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, where she graduated with honors in 2009. During her education, she completed internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic and the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Canada.
After completing her university studies, she worked as a law clerk in the law office of JUDr. Milan Trnovského, where she gained excellent experience in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents, in the field of securities, investment projects and representing clients before courts and state authorities.
He currently specializes in the field of family and civil law with significant experience in the field of local self-government. He has perfect knowledge of English and German.
